The phase-modulated and magnetism-saturation power-supplies have many disadvantages including low precision in stabilizing voltage or current, high ripple coefficient, heavy pollution of harmonic to input electric network, etc. and cannot meet the demands of the development of our electric power engineering. With low noise, high precision in equalizing voltage or current, and high speed of responding, the little and light high-frequency switch power-supply has been popular by and by. It can perform the “four remote” functions and setup N+1 redundancy backup conveniently, which make electric power DC system running more safely. JZ22020B high-frequency switch power-supply module is high-tech product developed by Jiuzhou Co. for electric power DC system to meet the demands of modern electric power market with its years of production experience. 二、工作原理 Mechanism JZ-22020B型高频开关电源模块采用了先进的无源PFC技术和脉宽调制软开关技术的控制技术(PWM),使得模块效率进一步提高,谐波减小。模块采用交流三相三线制380VAC平衡输入方式,不存在中线电流损耗。模块交流输入经过尖峰抑制电路和EMI吸收电路,经全桥整流滤波电路将三相交流电压整流为脉动的直流电压,由高频脉宽调制变换器变换将脉动的直流电压成高频方波电压,再由输出整流滤波电路,得到稳定的输出电压和电流,在电网电压和负载发生变化时反馈调整电路控制脉宽调制电路,使得输出电压和电流保持稳定。 JZ-22020B high-frequency switch power-supply module is produced with the advanced techniques of PFC and PWM. Its efficiency is enhanced and its harmonic is minished. The module inputs current with the equilibrium AC ternary-phase 3-line 380VAC so that there is no wastage in middle line. It input current through peak-restricting circuitry and EMI absorber circuit, and full bridge rectifier-filter circuit which change the ternary-phase AC voltage into pulsed DC voltage, then trough high-frequency pulsed modulator which change the pulsed DC voltage into high-frequency quadrate-wave voltage. At last, though output rectifier-filter circuit, the stabilized voltage and current is outputted. The light goes out when module inputs normally, and it also outputs normally. 3. 输入过压指示灯(红色):当模块输入电压高于465±2VAC时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,无输出。当输入正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。 Indicator light of V-In Over-L (red): it is lightened when the input voltage is more than 465±2VAC, and the module does not output to protect itself. The light goes out when module inputs normally, and it also outputs normally.
4. 输入欠压指示灯(红色):当模块输入电压低于304±2VAC时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,无输出。当输入正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。 Indicator light of V-In Below-L (red): it is lightened when the input voltage is less than 304±2VAC, and the module does not output to protect itself. The light goes out when module inputs normally, and it also outputs normally. 5. 输出过压指示灯(红色):当模块输出电压高于300±1VDC时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,无输出(不可恢复)。重新上电,且输出不再过压时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。 Indicator light of V-Out Over-L (red): it is lightened when the output voltage is more than 300±1VDC, and the module does not output to protect itself. (It cannot be resumed.) The light goes out when module inputs normally, and it also outputs normally. 6. 输出欠压指示灯(红色):当模块输出电压低于180±1VDC时,此指示灯被点亮,模块不保护,有输出。当输出正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。 Indicator light of V-Out Below-L(red): it is lightened when the output voltage is less than 180±1VDC, but the module cannot stop outputting. So the module cannot be protect. The light goes out when module inputs normally, and it also outputs normally. 7. 模块过热指示灯(红色):当模块散热器温度高于85±5℃时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,无输出。当温度恢复正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。 Indicator light of Overhot(red): it is lightened when the temperature of module’s radiator is higher than 85±5℃, and the module does not output to protect itself. The light goes out when the temperature is decreased to normal, and it also outputs normally. 8. 输出过流指示灯(红色):当模块输出电流大于22A时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,处于间歇工作状态。当输出电流正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。 Indicator light of OverCurrent(red): it is lightened when the output current is more than 22A, and the module runs intermittently to protect itself. The light goes out when the outputs current is decreased to normal, and it also outputs normally. 9. 模块故障指示灯(红色):当模块输入正常,且处于工作状态,却没有输出时,此指示灯被点亮。当输出正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。(在模块上电启动过程中,此指示灯亮,非模块故障) Indicator light of Alarm (red): it is lightened when the module does not output while it normally inputs when running. The light goes out when the module outputs normally. 10. 模块输入指示灯(绿色):当模块有输入时,此指示灯被点亮。反之,此指示灯熄灭。 Indicator light of Input(green): it is lightened when the module inputs, and it goes out when the module stop inputting. 11. 模块输出指示灯(绿色):当模块输出电流大于0.5A时,此指示灯被点亮。 Indicator light of Output (green): it is lightened when the module’s output current is more than 0.5A. 12. 电压调节:手动调节单台模块的输出电压,输出电压调节范围180~300VDC连续可调。 V-Adjustor: the output voltage of a single module is adjusted manually, and the output voltage ranges continuously from 180VDC to 300VDC. 13. 电流调节:手动调节单台模块的输出电流,输出电流调节范围2~20ADC连续可调。 I-Adjustor: the output current of a single module is adjusted manually, and the output current ranges continuously from 2ADC to 20ADC. 1.2 后面板说明 Back Panel instruction
1. 三相交流输入端:三相交流电压(380V±20%)输入端,无相序要求。 Input: Three phase AC input, 380V±20% , no phase sequence requested. 2. 直流输出端:有正、负之分,正、负分别由两根并联。 DC Output : it has positive end and negative end, which are connected with 2 wires in parallel respectively. 3. 均流控制口:多台模块并联时,此控制口以级连方式连接。 Current Equalizing :control port: it is connected by cascade way when more than one modules are in parallel connection. 4. 模块控制口:多台模块并联时,此控制口以并连方式连接。 Module control port: it is connected in parallel when more than one modules are in parallel connection. 1.3 模块控制口说明 Instruction of Module Control Port 控制口采用标准的15针D型插座,通过这个控制口可以实现对模块的遥控、遥调等控制,模块控制口具体使用方法如下: The control ports have standard 15-needle D-type sockets, through which modules can be controlled and modulated remotely. The detailed usages of these ports are as follows: 1. 控制口公共端:其他控制口电压以此控制口为参考。 Common of control port: voltages of other control ports should common to it. 2. 保留备用。 Reserved. 3. 输出电压调整端:对此端口外加 -8V~+8V范围内的电压,可以使输出电压在180V~300V范围内调节。 Port of modulating output voltage: to give voltage ranging from -8V to +8V to this port can make output voltage ranging by180V~300V. 4. 输入缺相信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当三相交流电输入缺相时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of inputting with phase loss: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low logic level when the three-phase AC inputs with phase loss. 5. 输入欠压信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当三相交流电输入欠压时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of V-In Below-L: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low logic level voltage when the three-phase AC inputs with belowlimit voltage. 6. 输出欠压信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当模块直流输出欠压时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of V-Out Below-L: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low logic level voltage when the module outputs DC with belowlimit voltage. 7. 模块过流信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当模块过流时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of Over Current: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low-voltage when the module’s current is overlimit. 8. 输入正常信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当模块出现输入正常时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of Input: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low logic level voltage when the module inputs normally. 9. 保留备用。Reserved. 10. 保留备用。Reserved. 11. 软关机控制端:对此端口加+5V10mA的高电平,模块关机,停止工作。 Control port for soft shutting: Inputting +5V10mA voltage signal can make the module stop running. 12. 输入过压信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当三相交流电输入过压时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of V-In Over-L: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low-voltage when the module outputs DC with overlimit voltage. 14. 模块过热信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当模块过热时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of Overhot module: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low logic level voltage when the temperature of the module’s radiator is higher than 85℃. 15. 模块故障信号输出端:此端口为集电极输出,端口功耗20V5mA。当模块处于工作状态,却无输出时,此端口为低电平。 Output port of signal of Alarm: this port outputs through collector with 20V5mA power. It is in low logic level voltage when the module runs without outputting. 1.4报警节点说明 1. 报警节点为4针的连接器,其中针1和针2为报警继电器的常开节点,当模块出现任意一种报警或模块故障时,继电器的常开节点吸合。 1. 4 Instruction of Alarm Node 1. The alarm node is 4-needle linker. The first and the second needles are normal open contact of alarm relay. These relay’s normal open contact close when any alarm or failure occur on modules. 六、使用方法 Usage Method 1. 手动调节模块输出电压:根据用户需要在脱离监控的情况下,通过调节模块前面板上的电压调节电位器,调节到指定输出电压值。 Manually modulating module’s output voltage: consumer can give any value of output voltage according to his need through modulating the voltage adjustor on the front panel when the module is off the monitoring. 2. 手动调节模块输出电流:根据用户需要,通过调节模块前面板上的电流调节电位器,调节到指定输出电流值。 Manually modulating module’s output current: consumer can give any value of output voltage according to his need through modulating the current adjustor on the front panel. 七、注意事项 Notes: 1. 模块的输入、输出、均流控制和模块控制端口接触一定要良好,并且使有锁紧功能的端子锁紧。 The contact among ports of module’s input, output, current-dividing control and module control must in good shape, and must be locked by the lock terminal. 2. 多机并联使用时,输出端子汇流线越短越好,不可用长线汇流。建议使用汇流排。 The junction wire should be as short as possible, when many machines run in parallel connection. Junction board is preferred. 3. 多机并联组成系统时,所有模块输出负极端必须直接相连,彼此之间不许安装加有开关、二极管等元件。 When more than one machines are connected in parallel to set up a system, all the modules’ cathodes must be connected directly without any element such as switch or diode between them. 4. 如果模块的输出线需要断开,一定要先断开均流控制线。这一点请特别注意,以避免损坏均流控制口。 Current-equalizing control must be cut off before cutting off module’s output. This process must be complied strictly or the current- equalizing control port may be damaged. 5. 风机温控方式工作,只有模块散热器温度高于40℃时,风机才开始低速转动。散热器温度高于60℃时,风机高速转动。 The fan starts to run at low speed only when the temperature of module’s radiator is more than 40℃. And it starts to run at high speed when the temperature is more than 60℃. 6. 模块运行时,不要用异物挡住前面板和后面板的散热风道。 Don’t cover the radiator’s wind-paths on the front and back panel when module running. 八、简单故障处理 Trouble shooting 1. 模块输出电压不正确:通过调节模块前面板上的电压调节电位器,调节到正确输出电压值。 The value of output voltage is not correct: modulate the voltage adjustment on the front panel to get the correct value. 2. 模块上电后便过压保护:手动调节输出电压超过过压保护值或模块控制口输出电压调节端输入电压过高。 Module starts voltage-overlimit protection after being powered: manually modulate output voltage till the value is more than that of voltage-overlimit protection. This trouble may also rise when the output voltage-modulation end of the module control port inputs overlimit voltage. 3. 输出电压不稳:检查输入电压是否波动超过允许范围或负载连续严重波动。 Output voltage is not stable: check the input voltage to see if it fluctuate beyond the sustain range, or if the load fluctuate continuously and greatly. 4. 模块无输出电流:检查模块直流输出线是否断路、输出保险是否融断或模块输入无电压。 No output current: check the module to see if the DC output wire is cut off, if the output is fused, or if it inputs without voltage. 九、售后服务 Service After Sale JZ-22020B型高频开关电源模块自售出之日保修一年。保修期内,模块出现非人为性故障,免费维修。保修期过后,模块出现故障,只收元件成本。 JZ22020B high-frequency switch power-supply module is guaranteed to keep in good repair for 1 year since the day when it is sold.
